This
place had a great feeling to it and all the little touches included just sort
of made it even more special. Each table
included a set of binoculars to enjoy what might be a sight to see on the
Pacific Ocean the restaurant overlooks.
There was also an olive appetizer brought to us that was just a perfect
blend, and even better that it was included with no extra charge.
We
started with their Clam Chowder and we were not disappointed, the base was
creamy and it was loaded with clam and other ingredients that each bite had a
bit of all of the goodness and the bread was fresh and tasty.
The
Cindy’s Curried Grilled Shrimp Salad, toasted almonds, golden raisins, warm
curry-bacon vinaigrette had the perfect ingredients that spread the taste of it
all throughout my taste buds.
Jerry
had the Monterey Bay Fish and Chips, Big Sur Golden Ale-battered Pacific cod,
housemade tartar sauce, and coleslaw. It
was a fabulous combination that complimented one another.
If you are ever visiting the Monterey Bay Aquarium we highly recommend stopping in and having lunch at Cindy's Waterfront Restaurant.
