2016 Update - Prices are still through the roof at this park but the sites are decent, the security does a great job keeping the neighborhood from coming into the park and our company we were working for picked up the tab.

We paid $156.10 for 2 nights…OMG…for a pull through fairly flat site with electric, water and sewer, but for the price it should have at least included a private Jacuzzi for our usage. At each site they include a picnic table on a very green grassy area. Our Verizon MiFi worked well enough so we did not have to use their free WiFi.

The pool area was immaculate and looked very inviting.

It is located next to a freeway and since we are so used to that noise and the sound of the train passing all the time it really did not bother us, but of course we slept with our windows closed at night and the weather was cool enough to do that.

You are asked at check in to sign and initial all sorts of rules that are adhered to which we always do so we did not mind signing a hundred times. One of the rules were enforcing their pet policy which normally should not even have to be a rule.  Common things like picking up after them and leashing them at all times but they must have had issues and that is why they ask for all the signage when checking in.

We arrived right after a sold out weekend and they had cleaned most of the restroom and the laundry areas.  They do have a very unique shower area which is unisex and from looking at it, we would not be comfortable showering there.

They offer such nice things, but they are things that we would not purchase but they have all the conveniences.

If we are ever in the area again we would stay here because they do take the Passport America discount for one night during the winter but otherwise not so sure about paying these high rates again.

We took loads of photos so check them all out our Picasa Web Albums.

Looks like a nice place, but the rates are pretty steep. Is that high even for California? Glad you're getting some time off. You certainly deserve it!

Wow, that sure is a crazy price for two nights. California can be very expensive. Enjoy your stay.

We are from California originally and are headed back that way for the holidays in a few weeks! My brother lives up in Ventura! Tell the ocean hello for us. Thank you for your email back. Curious... where did you find your Tree Lot job (which site)? I use the sites you have mentioned but have never seen an add. Jules thelistjpcjlj.blogspot.com
