Continued on I-80E into Rawlins, Wyoming where we then picked up WY-789 to WY-220 into Casper, Wyoming. We started seeing antelopes almost immediately and continued seeing more and more…everywhere we looked…far enough from the road but they were all over the fields. These roads were breathtaking…nice open roads where you could see for miles.
The Wal-Mart in Casper was a really nice one so we did our shopping then headed for the Casper KOA just a few miles away. We had perfect timing again from the weather…just as we pulled in and got hooked up, complete with cable, the wind and rain began so we had a very relaxing evening catching up on some of our TV programs.
