Updated 12/2/2014 - Still a very friendly atmosphere...they act as if they remembered us from our last visit several years ago.  Still no extra charges added to our points and the point charge remains at $10.  We would still highly recommend this place and would return again and would probably stay here more often if our Coast to Coast membership did not limit our stays.  We must be out of ANY of the Colorado River Adventures for 7 days before we can go to another one of their parks which totally limits our stays in between their other locations.

We paid $10 with our Coast to Coast membership, with no extra charges for a water, 30amp electric, sewer, flat, gravel back in site.  Sites are made to fit your length, thank goodness we are trained to say we are 30’, we fit perfectly in our site.  They do not offer WiFi or cable at the sites but has a computer room where you can get online. Our Verizon phones and MiFi worked fantastic during our entire stay.

This resort is located right on the Colorado River, there are some nice areas where you can fish, picnic, or just sit and enjoy the magnificent scenery.  The pool and the Jacuzzi are well maintained and quite invigorating.

Activities are plenty, even for this time of the year which is their wind down time, many folks heading back up north for the summer.  The laundry room was large but only 5 washers and dryers, for as large of a room, they could put in more.

It was quiet at night, but for a few mornings, the crew was out working at 6am.  Since it was so nice we slept with our windows opened and they just had to work on the sites next to us, raking the gravel and dragging picnic tables across the concrete patios.
