2017 Update - We paid $23.70 for the same site without using our Escapees Membership. We drove through a few others in the area and ended up coming back to this park because the others were just too run down and filled with mostly permanent residents, barking dogs and just looking shabby.

We paid $20.25 using our Escapees Membership for a flat, gravel pull through site with water, electric and sewer.  Our Verizon phones and MiFi had great signal and worked great.

Even though the park was very empty, they still had plenty of activities going on and they maintained the area well.

The restrooms and laundry room were clean.

No other frills to speak about, no pool or spa but we were informed that there is a gate to get to the Quality Inn next door and they allow us to use their pool and spa which we did not partake of but it was available if we chose to use them.

Even though it was located close to the highway the noise was minimum.

We would recommend it to others as they do allow non-members to stay overnight and if ever in the area again we would stay here.

Hi my name is Sue Houghton. I just started to read your blog. I am enjoying it very much. My husband Gerry is an artist and we plan on leaving for 6 months in October. Your blog is very informative and I like how you list the rv parks you are at. I will continue to follow your blog. We live in Penticton, BC, Canada. Where it is snowing and cold. We can't wait for the summer.

Thank you...thank you...thank you! Really need hearing that from you, our favorite thing to do is to review things like the parks we stay and share them with others and it is such a treat to hear from others how much they enjoy it.

Nice roomy park. I think when we were in Deming, we stayed at the Hi-Lo park.

One thing about the park that is really great is access to the freeway. It's an easy on and an easy off.

Been there twice and will return again. Like you said it is not fancy but clean and people are all friendly. It is easy to get back on I-10 and the laundry room is clean, maintained and inexpensive. Kathy loves their book exchange. there are also lots of amenities nearby.
We'll be heading back to the southwest in the fall. Maybe our paths will finally cross.
Be Safe and Enjoy!

It's about time.

Forgot to mention, don't miss Taco Tuesday. Every week park residents sign up ahead then go next door to the Quality Inn after 5:00. If you don't like HOTTTT! Salsa get the Sour Cream or ask for the Mild Salsa. These are small tacos so you might consider ordering a few.
