2014 Update – We paid $22.50
for a water, 30 amp electric, sewer, pull through site with a concrete slab and
picnic table with lots of grass around.
It is the same price we paid over 4 years ago and all we wrote back then
still stands as a nice park and wonderful workers.
This was an RV Park with all the amenities, including the nicest lady who has worked behind the desk for over 12 years. We paid $22.50 for a FHU, including cable, using the Good Sam discount and they threw in 2 breakfast buffets. The restrooms, laundry and the office area was organized and clean.
They offered free shuttle to the Casino which was a great feature since it was all uphill. The friendliness among all the workers was apparent from each and every encounter we had.
The casino had all the latest slots with a few more that we had not played and once again we left with more than we came with after paying for camping and meals. The buffet was reasonably priced, tasted fresh, had a great appearance and the pride in the cleanliness was overwhelming.
For some reason we had an entirely different idea of Vicksburg but now that we have stayed there, if we are ever in the area again, we will most certainly stay here.
