We paid $53.78 per night for a water, 30/50 amp electric, sewer site on level gravel with a picnic table. Spacious pull through site, but if we aligned with the patio and picnic table, we would not have enough hose & cord to hook up, so we opted to stay in the rear of the site.
Feels more like a campground than a mobile park and the owners are nice.
