Using our Good Sam 10% discount we paid $35.28 per night on the holiday weekend for a level site on asphalt with water, electric and sewer that included free WiFi.  Our MiFi with Verizon worked wonderfully with all bars and no extended network.

They offer no pool or clubhouse but what they do have is a friendly staff that is available 24/7. 

The restrooms and laundry room are kept clean and are very modern.

The grounds are well maintained.

Even though they have no frills this would definitely be a future stop for us and we would highly recommend it to others for a stay.
