We paid $31.50 using our Good
Sam 10% off membership for a water, electric, sewer, level site on gravel.
Sites were not on top of one another and all the utilities worked great.
We stayed here many years ago
when we first started out when it was a KOA and they have done all sorts of
updates to the property. The restrooms were in the process of remodel so we did
not take any photos.
The pool was refreshing…
The best part of it was the
great Chicken Fried Steak at the Roadrunner Café right onsite. We had heard they
will be submitting this recipe into a contest soon and we think they will have
a good chance to win. The food was so tasty and it was nice that we could bring
our own wine or beer for dinner. They also served breakfast.
We will put this place on our
list for future stays.
