Much Needed Rest & Relaxation

Working the night shift at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway usually kicks our butts, but it is so worth it when we are able to watch the races from our RV rooftop in the infield. Life is Good!

After boondocking for over a week, we are always ready to hook up, clean up and just enjoy the peace and quiet of no generators or loud partiers throughout the night. Since our internal clocks are a bit confused, we are sleeping long hours and it will take a few days before we are finally back to our normal.

It helps that we are chilling and are in vacation mode for about a month now. Taking advantage of some of the Coast to Coast resorts is next on our agenda. We will be doing a little traveling to places we had not been to before and some we have, but our plan is to take it easy and enjoy the sights.

First on our agenda will be visiting a winery, never done that before…love doing and trying new things. Luckily we are adjacent to the winery so after some wine tasting (gulping) we can just walk (stagger) to our rig and sleep (pass out).
