Documenting Hurricane Bill Continued...

Not much change but be assured...it will change! The weather channel still states it will not touch ground here at Cape Hatteras in the Outer Banks, we will only be feeling the winds and of course the rip tides and major waves. We have been receiving inquiries and changes of reservations due to the approaching weather but we probably won't be evacuated, so we will be able to continue to document this storm.
